Start with 14 days of everything. After that Stackat stays free in one repository, or you agree a price for Team. Nothing is ever billed automatically.

One price per organisation, however many repositories: no seats, no per-repository maths. Larger organisations can agree a tailored price.
The trial#
- It starts when Stackat first sees your installation, right after you install, and lasts 14 days.
- The dashboard shows a banner with the days left ("Free trial: 9 days left") and an Upgrade to Team button.
- Issues written during the trial end with the trial's last day and a link to the upgrade form.
- The weekly Slack digest says how many days are left.
The free plan#
When the trial ends without a price, the organisation moves to the free plan:
- One repository is scanned. An administrator chooses it on the dashboard's Settings tab (see Choose the free repository). Without a choice, Stackat takes the repository with the most tools when the trial ends and keeps it. It can be changed again 30 days after each change.
- Issues only. No automatic pull requests;
/stackpaw pranswers that pull requests come with Stackat Team. - No audit evidence. The tab shows how many issues are already recorded; the CSV and the printable report lead to the upgrade form.
- The other repositories are named on the dashboard under "Not scanned on the free plan", never their findings. Their open issues stay as they are.
- The weekly digest covers the one repository, and once a month says what Team adds.
You can stay on the free plan for as long as you like.
Team#
Team covers every repository, pull requests and audit evidence, from €149 per organisation per month.
- On the dashboard, press Upgrade to Team (on the banner or the Plan box in Settings).
- Fill in the short form: your name, work email, company and an optional note.
- We reply, agree the price with you and switch your organisation to Team.
- You are invoiced monthly once the price is agreed. No card is needed.
Your email address from the form is erased as soon as we have answered. See the privacy policy.
Leaving#
Uninstall the app in your organisation's settings (Settings → GitHub Apps → Stackpaw → Uninstall). Stackat stops at once: nothing is scanned or written any more. Everything Stackat kept about your organisation is deleted 90 days later, or at once if you write to us. Issues and pull requests Stackat opened stay in your repositories; they are yours.
